Every believer goes through spiritual warfare at some point. The enemy is always seeking opportunities to bring us down. Therefore, during these times of warfare, we must put on the whole armor of God to stand our ground.

Understanding our standing before God enables us to resist the attacks of the evil one. The scripture affirms that we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37). Since Jesus is the one who granted us victory, we are the conquerors, not the conquered.

To resist the spiritual attacks of the enemy, we must know our identity in Christ and recognize that we are no longer under condemnation. The devil cannot condemn those who have been justified or declared righteous. His tactics are limited to harassment and sowing seeds of doubt in our minds.

By knowing and applying God’s Word to our lives, we can enforce the victory already given to us through Jesus Christ.
